We purchased an out of state home over *Facetime* with Matt. (He was even kind enough to tell us the house didn’t smell weird.) We looked at multiple houses in person with him, put in multiple offers - and finally ended up having to leave town, so he called us and walked us through homes virtually. What I enjoyed about working with Matt was that he took time to understand what was important to us; then he advocating for our priorities. I appreciated that he would say “this is different from what you told me, tell me what it is you like that is shifting your priorities.” It was never demeaning, it was a true desire to help us. I appreciated his honesty, his attention to details of a home (noticing the floors being bowed/ not level, etc.). He was patient with us throughout, he made the transaction smooth and easy, and he went above and beyond. He attended walkthroughs, kept us informed, recommended contractors, met the contractors on our behalf… he truly did more than a typical realtor would do. Matt and Anna - thank you. Matt was absolutely amazing. We had a really stressful time with our lender and we were moving from out of state. He was extremely flexible, responsive, and provided great insight for things to look out for. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone moving to the Wylie and North Texas area.
