Our experience with Matthew Soto was amazing. The wife and I were hesitant about selling our home but he assured us it would be fast and easy which it was. The buying process was even better with him helping us all the way. Not once did I feel that he was worried about his commission than helping us find our "forever" home. Matt and his team have been awesome! We were first time home buyers not knowing where to start. Matt helped us every step of the way. He knew lenders, inspectors, roofers, home owner insurance reps, I mean you name it, he had it covered. He is super knowledgeable and you can tell he loves helping people find their home. If you want someone who will get the job done and still make the home buying experience fun then he’s the guy for you. His team is awesome too! Sarah helped us so much, any question I had she answered it. I literally could text her and she would text me back within minutes. Even if it was just to tell me she’s still waiting on an update. We didn’t have a huge budget for our first home but Matt didn’t care at all about how much our budget was. He just wanted to help us. He even got us a little tool kit as a gift when we closed. I love this team!

Working with Matthew and Sarah was night and day compared to our first realtor experience on our first house. The care and attention to detail they provide is above par and excellent. Matthew was with us every step of the way on our new build and Sarah was very communicative throughout our sale and purchase.
